We have recently been informed by Mme Helene Chouinard, political attachee to the health and social services minister of Quebec, Yves Bolduc, that a delay has been incurred in the implementation of Bill-26. The latest information we have received still indicates that the initiative is set to take effect during Spring 2010. When a new date has been determined, it will be posted here, along with any other updates we receive.
